The affected products may pose a risk of overheating, fire, or electrical shock, which could result in injury or property damage.

Reason for Recall
Testing has identified that the lithium-ion batteries in certain NEWDERY power banks may overheat, potentially causing burns, fire, or explosion hazards. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled power banks immediately and follow the instructions below for a refund or replacement.

✔ STOP USING the recalled power bank immediately.
✔ Please disconnect the power bank from any chargers or devices.
✔ Do not charge or keep the device near flammable materials.
✔ Contact NEWDERY or Amazon for a full refund or a replacement.
✔ Please ensure the power bank is turned off and dispose of it at a facility that accepts lithium batteries according to the local regulations. DO NOT throw the power bank into the trash or recycling bin.
